Coursework 1 | Sound Explorer Workshop

Workshop Objective

This 4-hour experiential immersive workshop is designed to guide participants through the exploration of sound, frequency, vibration, and resonance as powerful tools for inner peace, deep relaxation, energizing, and cleansing. Participants will experience sound as an enhancer of breathwork, focus, and concentration, while learning to use it as an energizing and cleansing tool for the body, aura, and koshas (the subtle layers of the self). Through hands-on, immersive sound practices, you will cultivate calmness, stillness, and heightened inner awareness, with consistent practice leading to deeper awakening and holistic well-being.

  • Immersing in Sound Frequency, Vibration, and Resonance: Experience sound as a dynamic force for energizing and cleansing your body, aura, and koshas, while bringing calm and deep relaxation to your system.
  • Experience the Mindfulness Bell as your ultimate Stress Liberator, helping you release tension and embrace tranquility through the healing power of sound and resonance.
  • Energizing and Cleansing: Learn how sound vibrations can serve as a cleansing tool, removing stagnant energy from your body and energy field, and revitalizing you physically and mentally.
  • Enhancing Breathwork through Sound: Use sound as a breathwork enhancer, synchronizing sound vibrations with your breath to deepen relaxation, boost energy, and enhance focus and concentration.

Coursework Materials Provided

  • Mindfulness Bell: Each participant receives their own bell to use during the workshop and take home for continued practice.
  • Pouch contains felt mat, tapping mallet, rimming mallet, thread and stand to hang the singing bowl.
  • Workshop Learner’s Manual & Journal: A detailed coursework on sound resonance healing and how to apply sound therapy principles in everyday life is provided. Space will be provided for reflection exercises and personal note-taking throughout the day.

No prior experience is necessary. This workshop is beginner-friendly, as an explorer of Sound Healing Energy and designed to introduce participants to the basics of sound therapy and mindfulness techniques.

You don’t need to bring anything. All materials, including your Mindfulness Bell, will be provided. However, you may want to bring a notepad and pen for personal reflection during the sessions. Carry socks, and blanket to keep warm during sessions.

Yes, each participant will receive their own Mindfulness Bell to use during the workshop and take home for continued practice. This is covered in the course fee.

Advanced courses such as applications of multi-harmonics singing bowls, chakra healing, and Spanda Shakti and advance bodywork workshops will also be offered for those looking to deepen their practice.

Yes, upon completion, participants will receive a Certified Sound Explorer certificate to acknowledge their understanding and hands-on practice of sound healing fundamentals.

Comfortable clothing is recommended, as you will be participating in meditative and reflective exercises. Avoid wearing any form of metal during sound sessions. Wearing cotton clothing is very much encouraged.

While this course is designed to help you understand sound’s effects on yourself. You can practice on others and bring awareness to them. However, this introductory workshop provides does not permit you to teach the coursework and it is only a personal-level experience and understanding; further training would be required to practice professionally as a sound healer. You can encourage and recommend to others to participate in this workshop.
